With a Master's in Clinical Social Work from The Ohio State University, I use a strengths-based approach to help you: * increase your understanding of yourself (and why you do the things you do) * identify and clarify your goals (the ones that are most important to you) * eliminate the obstacles and challenges that are standing in your way * improve your relationships * successfully take the steps to create the life you really want. Together we may work on coping skills, emotion regulation, conflict resolution, positive communication, behavioral activation, self-care, self-esteem, and relationships.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
