I earned my Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. My passion for helping individuals regain independence and improve quality of life has driven me to develop expertise in various upper extremity and hand conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon injuries, arthritis, fractures, post-stroke, and post-surgical rehabilitation. I use evidence-based practices and advanced techniques to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. In addition to upper extremity and hand rehabilitation, I provide comprehensive care for individuals with lymphedema. As a certified lymphedema therapist, I utilize manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and patient education to manage and reduce lymphedema symptoms. My therapy approach is rooted in empathy, encouragement, and collaboration, ensuring clients feel supported and empowered throughout their rehabilitation. I believe strong therapeutic relationships and open communication are key to achieving the best outcomes. When not working with clients, I stay active in the professional community through continued education and conferences to keep up with the latest occupational therapy advancements. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and engaging in creative hobbies. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to improved function and well-being.
