Hello my name is John capen I don't normally do these things but I had to give props to miss Piaggio they are the nicest and most caring women I have ever come across in this field and I have met many and it's hard to find ones that you can relate to and that are helpful that actually listen and actually care about what you're going through or at least they act like it lol but no seriously they are so nice and I would recommend them to any1 through this company!!

I felt extremely comfortable at home literally lol much more relaxed in this setting speaking to the doctor not that it would be a problem in an office but I just feel much more relaxed being at home talking to someone like her but I feel like she's very helpful very understandable relatable and really gets you and I enjoy speaking with her and I would change my insurance to keep her if that was something that I had to do because I really enjoy her and Mrs. Lynn stoll I have friends that I actually want to refer to this facility actually that's how happy I am with the services. 10 stars from me :)

Joanne is a very personable woman and easy to talk to nurse. She was delicate to the situation I am in and not pushy about issues I am dealing with. She is a wonderful woman with a pure passion for the physiatrics world as well as a born helper, which in itself is WELL PASSED NEEDED in this area. I was happy to have met her and look forward to a future working with her!

JoAnne was excellent! I’ve never had any sort of therapy before and she explained the process and helped me get immediate attention that I needed. She was very supportive and kind and I felt so much better talking to her and after we ended our session. I would recommend her to anyone especially for people who are new to the therapy process.

I really like JoAnne, she's much more warm and understanding than my previous psychiatrist. I really feel she listens to what I have to say.

She seems to do what no other psychiatrist ever did for me... she listens. While it seems that would be a give-in, in never was with previous doctors. Even while doing telemedicine the session felt more intimate than previous in-person visit with various doctors over the years.
While I didn’t visit in person, I felt that the office staff is very much on top of their game. They have been prompt, courteous and easy to deal with over the phone and through email.

I just moved to the area after being very comfortable with my previous provider. I spoke with JoAnne regarding what my previous provider and I had experienced. She listened to what I thought, took appropriate measures to assure I was happy and healthy, then I was on my way. Quick and painless. Very happy with JoAnne!
