About Jonathan Gonzaga
With over 20 years of experience in orthopedic and injury rehabilitation, Jonathan brings a deep commitment to care, connection, and clinical excellence to every patient interaction. As the lead physical therapist at our clinic, his mission is simple: to help individuals return to the activities they love, stronger and more confident than ever.
Jonathan earned his degree in Physical Therapy from De La Salle University -HSC and completed his Master of Science in Human Movement Science at the University of the Philippines. His clinical expertise spans orthopedic, geriatric, sports, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and motor vehicle accident recovery.
Certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and drawing on his background as a former Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Jonathan is dedicated to incorporating targeted, movement-focused principles into his care. He is currently advancing his clinical skills through the McKenzie Method and is planning to pursue certification in Craniosacral Therapy to offer an even more holistic approach to his patients' healing.
Outside the clinic, Jonathan is a hands-on kind of guy—literally. He enjoys fixing cars in his free time and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife, who is also a physical therapist, are raising two wonderful kids: a 13-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old son. Whether at home or in the clinic, Jonathan is all about problem-solving, patience, and helping things run better—bodies and engines alike.

I had a great experience with my physical therapy sessions. From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. I cannot thank Jon and the team enough! After a knee injury, I couldn't walk without a cane. Thanks to Jon's incredible expertise and support, I am completely back to walking on my own with no assistance at all. He truly helped me get my life back. Highly recommend this clinic!

Really thankful for the care I received at JointKare Physical Therapy. Jonathan was amazing to work with — very patient, friendly, and easy to talk to. He really listened to what I was dealing with and helped me feel better little by little with each session. The whole team made me feel comfortable and welcomed every time I came in. I’m a very busy person so immediate attention to my need is important. My son was attended by Jonathan right away. My son injured himself during a taekwondo pratice. And, I have no problem from my our visit, from the front desk to the therapist. Looking forward to our next visit.
