JJ feels passionate about helping people regain movement and full function to attain their goals, and he aims to encourage his patients to be self-reliant. He has specialist clinical expertise in manual therapy techniques to help patients with various musculoskeletal disorders, including arthritis, neck and back pain, shoulder dysfunction, and osteoporosis. He also has considerable skills in wound care and aqua therapy. JJ has completed additional training in sports-specific rehabilitation for shoulder, hip, and core-to-floor. He also has expertise in rotator cuff syndrome, shoulder impingement, post-operative rehabilitation, and effective examination and treatment techniques for feet and ankles. Other areas of excellence include stroke care strategies, integrated neuromuscular re-education, positional release and muscle energy, and the application of manual lymphatic therapy.
