As a therapist, my passion lies in supporting individuals navigating the unique challenges that come with high-stress careers and helping those struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I'm here to provide a compassionate, affirming space for you to heal and grow.
Drawing from my own lived experience in the fast-paced world of corporate accounting and tech-based start-ups, I intimately understand the toll that constant pressure, long hours, and high stakes can take on one's mental health and overall well-being.
I'm particularly passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create an environment of acceptance and celebration of your authentic self.
I also work extensively with couples, helping them strengthen their emotional connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.
My therapeutic approach integrates person-centered, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. The person-centered foundation ensures a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear. DBT equips you with mindfulness skills and emotion regulation strategies to better cope with stress and overwhelm. CBT allows us to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that may be exacerbating your distress.
My goal is to help you develop your resilience to thrive while prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we'll work to cultivate a life of balance, fulfillment, and joy!
