Dr. Judith Zackson is a licensed clinical psychologist, executive coach, author, speaker, and Founder and Clinical Director of Greenwich Psychology Group, a multidisciplinary private psychology practice serving Connecticut and New York. For more than 20 years, she has helped high-functioning children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals overcome anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions while achieving greater emotional well-being, stronger relationships, enhanced performance, and lasting personal growth.
Dr. Zackson is particularly experienced in working with individuals who are successful yet struggle with stress, anxiety, career challenges, relationship difficulties, work-life balance, or feeling stuck. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Columbia University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York. She completed advanced clinical training at Columbia University Medical Center, New York University, and Kings County Hospital, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City.
Dr. Zackson’s approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, mindfulness-based approaches, family systems treatment, and executive coaching principles. Her work is solution-focused, insight-oriented, and goal-directed.
