A variety of equipment is utilized:-reformer -cadilac -spine corrector -adder barrel -wunda chair - F2 chair To improve motor control, visual, auditory, and tactile cues are utilized. To improve proproioception and strength, full body resistance training is used. Julia has additional specialty training for: - hypermobility myofascial pain conditions.
