I am originally from Southern California and have worked as a physical therapist in private practice for more than nine years. My clinical interests include women’s health and incorporating Pilates movement into my patients' care and plans. As a provider, I am passionate about communication and creating a comfortable and safe environment for my patients. I believe in holistic care and caring for the whole person. I treat patients through various means including manual therapy, dry needling, and Pilates. “Be kind to your body and give yourself permission to heal, which means also being patient in allowing your internal biology to repair itself; there are no quick fixes.” When not working with patients, I enjoy going for walks, traveling, playing games with friends, baking, sci-fi, performing arts, and Pilates.
