I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Widener University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. I am now working with a number of insurance companies to make therapy as affordable as possible. It's so important for you to feel a connection with the therapist you choose to work with. Because of this, I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if we're a good fit. I am also a PSYPACT authorized Psychologist, which means I can work with individuals who live in most states. What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Psychologist with 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with incredibly diverse individuals with vastly different life experiences. My specialty areas are working with veterans, eating disorders/body image concerns, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, relationship problems, career changes, and chronic health problems.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Coming to therapy can feel overwhelming initially, but most people are surprised by how good it can feel from the very beginning. Clients can expect to experience relief as early as our first session together. In our sessions, clients will experience symptom reduction, increased self awareness, and will feel empowered to face life head on.

Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.
