Dr. Justin Namuco is a caring physical therapist with great attention to details. He currently sees patients at Solar Health Physical Therapy & Acupuncture, located in Garden City, NY. Dr. Justin earned his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Emilio Aguinaldo College. Following his bachelor’s degree, he completed several internships at different clinical settings, including inpatient services, outpatient services, rehabilitation centers, and a school for special children. He brings valuable experience and expertise to his current practice.
Dr. Justin is skilled at treating patients with a host of conditions, including frozen shoulder, lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, trigger finger, Bell’s palsy, scoliosis, Down syndrome, global developmental delay, cerebral palsy. Justin is a great PT. He quickly identified the cause of my thigh pain and provided treatment. Through his training, my thigh pain has been relieved. Additionally, he is articulate and clearly informs me about the primary areas I should focus on during training. He also assists me with muscle relaxation through massage. I highly recommend Solar Health.

Justin is awesome! If you are looking for a physical therapist in Garden City, he is the one. My heel pain has been reduced significantly in only 4 appointments with Justin. He has tried many different strategies to improve movement and manage pain in my heel. I look forward to each of my sessions with him.

I was seen right away, and after answering a few guiding questions, began receiving treatment in a very cozy room. I was told what to expect and was encouraged each step of the way. I now have a plan for at-home exercises, and I’m confident in my recovery.

Dr. Namuco is great! I went in for a broken elbow. He explained the healing process and what he was doing. I learned a lot in the first session with him. He did a great job working on me to get my range of motion back to what it was. He finished by showing me exercises to do on my own.
