“I am an advent basketball player and had an unfortunate injury where I fractured my ring finger PIP joint. I was stressed about the recovery and worried that i wasn’t going to be able to regain full function again. Kailan put me at ease right away. She brought a relaxed atmosphere and was very encouraging throughout my therapy process. Her technique and way of prescribing exercises got me back to a full recovery. I can’t recommend her enough! ”

I cannot say enough good things about EM Physical and Occupational Therapy. I came to practice after having a Cervical arthroplasty in May 2024. I was sent for occupational therapy. Megha and Kailan are patient, knowledgeable, and caring. I had an episode where my hand froze up the day before Thanksgiving and they helped me through the situation. I highly recommend them for occupational and physical therapy.

She really took the time to understand my needs and develop personalized strategies that truly made a difference!

I worked with Kailan for my frozen shoulder, and I can't recommend her enough! From day one, she was super knowledgeable and took the time to listen and understand my condition. At first, I was overwhelmed by the pain and not sure what to expect, but Kailan’s gentle touch and caring approach made me feel comfortable right away.
She was great at adjusting each session to fit my needs and over time, I could definitely feel the progress - my shoulder got stronger, and I felt a lot more confident about my recovery.
If you’re dealing with frozen shoulder, I highly recommend working with her - you’ll be in great hands!

Visit exceeded my expectations. Kailan is the most competent OT I’ve ever worked with. Not only did she treat my shoulder impingement efficiently but she also made me feel right at home during every treatment session. Compassionate as they come. Without a doubt I’ll be referring future family & friends to her!

highly recommend coming to this outpatient office for any injury! I had painful carpal tunnel and Kailan was so helpful in treating it. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful.

My first impression of the practice is cheerful, immaculate and friendly. Most importantly, all teatment is one-on-one. This means your therapist is totally attentive to you during your appointment and adjusts therapeutic activities specifically for you. At the outset my therapist, Kailan, addressed more than just my diagnosis-- she inquired about my personal goals and difficulties, and makes sure that we are working together as a team to address them and assess my progress. I appreciate that Kailan listens to my feedback and remembers from visit to visit which activities I find challenging and/or helpful. The office and all the therapists exude an attitude of cheerful professionalism, which helps me to work hard and actually enjoy doing it. I'm surprised and encouraged with my progress and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Kailan is an exceptional therapist! I had a wrist fracture that she knew exactly how to treat. She was very knowledgeable about my injury and communicated with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

My 4 year old goes to EM for weekly occupational therapy and has such a good time while working on his skills! Everyone who works there is so friendly and both therapists he has seen (Kailan and Megha) are so good with him. The facility is clean and bright, too. So glad we found this place.

After hand surgery, I had trouble regaining full movement. Kailan worked with me on a specialized therapy plan that helped me regain strength and dexterity. I’m now able to grip and lift without pain and can return to my daily tasks like cooking and gardening!
