Hi Everyone! My name is Kara Gubner. I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York with over 8 years of experience in the counseling field. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, self-esteem, OCD, ADHD, physical trauma, and emotional abuse. I also have experience supporting people with developmental disabilities, behavioral concerns, and their caretakers. It takes a lot of strength and courage to begin a journey toward bettering yourself, and seeking therapy is a fantastic first step! I am here and available to assist you on this journey.
