UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have been a Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years and have been in private practice for the last five years. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Hunter College School of Social Work. I provide psychotherapy with an eclectic, person-centered, and non-judgmental approach. My goal is to create a safe, secure, and empathetic environment where you feel warmly supported. The world can feel scary, cold, and uncertain, but together we can navigate through it. I am trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and aware, and I am proud to be part of the BIPOC community. Seeking help for your mental health is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life, with long-lasting results. It is my vision that everyone should live free of judgment, distress, discomfort, and emotional turmoil.
