What should a new client know about working with you?

Hello! I’m a therapist who’s here to both support and work with you through life’s many challenges. I’ve worked for 5 years with clients with anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. You are not alone in feeling anxious or sad or burnt out or overwhelmed; and while it's normal to have these feelings, you do not have to allow them to take over your life. Starting therapy can be intimidating, but just by looking, you’ve already taken the first step. There are so many reasons to start therapy but even if you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for, we’ll work together to find it. Using a combination of evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, I’ll work with you to identify negative thought patterns, triggers, and stressors in your life. Together, we’ll work to reframe thoughts, utilize coping skills, and formulate a plan to find a way forward. No matter where you are in your mental health journey, I'm here to help you take the next steps.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental setting to utilize evidence-based and person-centered practices to help you work towards your goals. We'll discuss your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to identify areas you want to improve to align with your values.
