Victoria is a very talented therapist. She has the ability to connect on a personal level, while maintaining professionalism. She listens thoughtfully and offers a safe space to explore difficult emotions with humor and grace. She is able to adjust her approach depending on what the client needs. For example, I let her know that I did better with more structured assignments and she continues to show up with book, journal, and thought exercises. I am a first time therapy-goer, and she has given me faith both in myself and therapy as a whole.
