Very attentive, highly professional
Awesome office and staff. I highly recommend her office (anyone in the office) for physical therapy.
Everyone who works at Active Care is attentive, professional, and friendly. During each of my appointments they greeted me with a smile and were always pleasant to be around. The treatment and care that I received was very good. I learned a variety of exercises to help relieve my back pain and after each visit I felt better overall. I would like to thank my physical therapist and physical therapy aide for helping me and guiding me throughout my treatment. Thank you!
- Professional - Treatment and training plan seems to have immediate effect reducing pain
amazing practice, very attentive and helpful
Great!! Very professional and knowledgable. Highly recommended
I loved it, will keep coming.
Great PT office.
I've been a patient at active care for about six months and I have nothing but great things to say. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My physical therapist, Rob, is knowledgeable and instantly made me feel comfortable. My work schedule makes visiting doctors difficult, but active care has been very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good PT office.
she's very good and patient.professional.my knee gets better a lot
Amazing group of people. Not only are they doing a great job with the knee issue that brought me in, but they've given me a lot of tips to assist with further preventing further injury. Every step of the way, from billing to booking appts (the auto-reminder emails are great) to the very experienced PTs is helping me get back to a pain free existence.
Karena is great. She has two other PTs in her group (Anna and Valerie) who are also very good. I like mixing it up and scheduling appointments with all 3 of them, since they all have a bit of a different approach. Because it's a small office, I tend to have more 1-1 time with the PT there than in any other office I've been to (about 1/2 the session is directly 1-1). The other 1/2 is supervised exercises, icing, and stretching. I also like the exercises. They're mostly Pilates, which I think rehabs me better than the gym-like exercises I've done elsewhere. Can't go wrong here!
Karena showed me excellent treatment with personal care. Her staff is equally trained with knowledge and professionalism.
doctor and staff were very professional.
Karena is very caring, compassionate, encouraging, motivating and most kind physical therapist. She has been the greatest educator of my injury and cheerleader on the way to recovery. Karena keeps herself , staff and office up to date. I am so lucky to have her in this journey! I can't recommend her highly enough. If you need physical therapy please see her, you will be in best hands ever!
Everything was great! I would definitely recommend it to anybody.
I'd recommend Karena to a friend. She listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. I've been to 2 visits so far and my knee has felt better each time, so I can't complain.
She seemed knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. Will definitely be going back to her for any future physical therapy needs.
I went to Karena for a stinging pain in the back of my knee from playing Soccer. She and the entire team at active care worked with me for 2 months to reduce the pain and swelling, and also strengthening my entire leg. They took time to explain to me what exactly is wrong, and also how I should continue exercises to try prevent the injury of reoccurring. Overall - Great care and personal attention, and I could feel a drastic reduction in pain after every session.
Karena pretended to be accept my insurance to attract patients. Yeah, she "accepts" it as an out of network provider. Total bait-n-switch. Quote from Mrs. Wu "If we say that we're out of network, people won't book appointments". Thanks for wasting my time.
Karena and her staff are fantastic -- ultra-friendly, highly skilled, and attentive. After only four sessions, chronic neck and back pain that has bothered me for years is worlds better. And their integrity and trustworthiness is really notable.
Karena is awesome!!! True professional and knowledgeable. She was attentive and answered all of my questions. Like how she's flexible with the scheduling. Definately plan to continue treatment with her.
It a very good visit. Through her questions, she gave me insight and was able to pinpoint what exactly was the issue. She also educated me about my condition and gave me practical advice/techniques to help myself at home/at work, between visits. One week later, I am feeling much better. I highly recommend her and her staff.
