Originating from Rochester, New York, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at the University at Buffalo. Wanting to further her education, she went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. After graduation, she moved down to Maryland with Dr. Reed to start their careers and get married! Dr. Katharine is certified in Active Release Technique, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Motion Palpation, and Fascial Movement Taping (Rock Tape). Her experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach has given her an eye for biomechanics which she uses meticulously while treating patients. When she’s not working or in the gym, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and knitting!
