“I spent much of my life dancing, with a background in ballet, pointe, modern, tap, and jazz. Throughout high school, being involved in both dance and pompon, I found myself needing physical therapy, which is when I first became interested in the field. My PT had a background in dance, which helped me to not only get back to, but excel in what I loved, and she inspired me to explore the career. I have always had a strong interest in anatomy and biomechanics, so I decided to pursue physical therapy, combining my love for movement with a desire to help others. I am passionate about supporting my patients through their rehabilitation journeys, drawing on my dance experience to offer a holistic, movement-based approach to recovery. I enjoy the opportunity to provide hands-on, individualized care – helping others regain function, confidence, and return to the activities they love with greater ease!”
