What is your typical process for working with clients?
Once you sign up for appointments we will need a copy of your medical insurance card. Please make sure you upload the insurance card. Once we verify your insurance information and can state our provider is in network with your insurance, we will send you information for registering with our HIPAA compliant patient portal from Simple Practice. The portal gives you access to our video appointment link. Thank you for considering our practice.

Most relevant
We started with some technical difficulties but managed to get through that. I appreciated her input and suggestions but she launched into solutions before asking about my background. She talked more than asked questions. We agreed on an appointment time. She set the appointment for a time that I had already told her that I wasn't available. I thought I would meet with her a couple more times to see if we were a fit. However due to her not listening to my appointment availability, I decided to cancel the appointment.
