About Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch’s journey to physical therapy began on the lacrosse field. As a two-time captain of the University of Delaware men’s lacrosse team, he developed an early connection with sports physical therapy and the therapists who treated him. Their mentorship, combined with his passion for rehabilitation and sports performance, inspired him to pursue a career helping athletes overcome obstacles and reach their goals. Having competed at a high level himself, Kevin brings firsthand insight into the demands of competitive athletics. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Certificate in Business from the University of Delaware in 2023 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in May 2026. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Kevin played professional lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League with the Philadelphia Wings from 2023–2025. At Delaware, he helped the team earn two conference championships and two NCAA tournament appearances. He was also recognized as a USILA Scholar All-American, 2023 Chuck Hall Strength and Conditioning Award winner, and 2022 NSCA Strength and Conditioning All-American. Beyond playing, Kevin has coached athletes of all ages with Zingos Lacrosse Club and Howard Community College and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Trident Athletic Club and The Performance Barn. He has trained middle school, high school, and college athletes across multiple sports. Kevin’s clinical interests include lacrosse and football rehabilitation, sports performance, and exercise prescription. His combination of professional playing experience, coaching, and strength and conditioning expertise allows him to provide care grounded in a deep understanding of athletic demands. His goal is to help patients recover, return to sport stronger, and build lasting resilience.
