Kinjal Patel is a compassionate and dedicated occupational therapist based in Brooklyn, NY, with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals through holistic, client-centered care. She earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from St. Ambrose University, where she developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of patients across the lifespan.
Kinjal has extensive experience working with both adults and children in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient acute rehabilitation as well as public school environments. This breadth of experience has enabled her to cultivate a versatile approach, tailoring treatment plans that empower clients to achieve optimal levels of independence and functionality.
Her Doctoral Capstone project focused on the development of a self-care model aimed at improving the health and wellness of healthcare practitioners and individuals alike—a reflection of her passion for both patient and professional well-being. Kinjal remains committed to ongoing professional development, staying current with emerging therapies and evidence-based practices to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of care.

The neighborhood is very calm, and the secretary and doctors are always welcoming when I arrive. My foot specialist approved me to continue treatment with them, which I truly appreciate.
I am 20 years old, I feel very comfortable here, as they treat patients of all ages. I have been seeing my specialist since December for foot therapy, focusing on my Achilles tendon. We have worked through various movements to target that area, and I’ve seen significant improvement. Previously, I couldn’t stand or walk for more than 30 minutes, but now I can walk or stand for 1 to 3 hours.
She has helped me reduce inflammation and strengthen my foot. She is kind and knowledgeable, and her expertise has been invaluable in my recovery. I am very grateful for her care and truly enjoy working with her.

My visit at Rehab Haven is always welcoming kinjal patel , Otd care about her patients so much I have cp so the exercises that I do is for upper body and lower body so I get to strength my body and get a good workout.
