“My 72-year-old mother recently received services at Hands of Hope in Morris Park, and I can’t say enough about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the place exuded a warm and friendly energy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Their clear communication style was greatly appreciated. They conducted a thorough assessment of my mother and tailored a treatment plan that met her specific needs. She enjoyed meeting all the physical therapists, but she felt particularly comfortable with Nora, one of the PTs there. Nora's guidance made it easy for my mother to follow the instructions given. Throughout her therapy sessions, my mother was smiling, moving to the beat of the music, and genuinely enjoying her time. The atmosphere was positive and uplifting. Scheduling our next PT session was also hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Hands of Hope in Morris Park for anyone in need of physical therapy.”

I arrived early for my appointment. I was greeted quickly and asked to fill out the registration forms online. The doctor I wanted to see was not in that day. I was seen by a man who did not identify himself. I was examined and then received directions to practice exercises. He picked the exercise equipment from a basket and when I finished the exercises he tossed them back into the basket. The equipment was not cleaned or disinfected at all. There were no visible cleaning or disinfectant sprays or wipes to be seen. I’m very concerned about potential infections and illnesses being spread around. When I was told I was fine, I asked the man for his name. He told me it’s “Ahmed”. I don’t know if he’s a doctor or a therapist or for all I know, could have been an experienced patient. I do not plan on returning there. I have too many concerns about this place.

I wasn't seen by the provider I booked with. The music in the office was too loud. The therapist was talking on the phone and kept walking away from me when I had questions, and I kept having to call him back. When he had me lie down, I had to ask for a pillow for my head because it was hanging back with no support. I don't think I will go back, although it was my first visit.

I came to get the pelvic floor treatment I spoke with them before that if they do the pelvic floor therapy or no ! But they said they do when I reached there they said they don’t that and they waited me at 15-20 mints and they didn’t checkup me and they said they can’t do that . They wasted my time and money . Don’t go this location. No recommend at all .

Made the wrong appointment they couldn’t help me with my situation because they couldn’t give me a diagnose for my hand issue, they only provide therapy and in order to get the right therapy I need a diagnose first.
