About Kristin Kramer

Kristin Kramer is a licensed physical therapist with more than two decades of experience. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and completed a Master's in Physical Therapy with honors at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 2001. Kristin began her career at the Occupational & Industrial Orthopedic Center (OIOC), where she treated many patients with chronic pain and musculoskeletal impairments. She then practiced at Lenox Hill Hospital in their outpatient clinic. Later, she was recruited by the Nicholas Institute for Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma (NISMAT) as a lead physical therapist. At NISMAT, she specialized in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, gait dysfunction, and balance disorders. In addition, she was part of the team that administered yearly performance-based fitness testing to one of New York's professional athletic teams. Kristin has extensive training in balance deficits, gait disorders, and fall prevention. She is also a certified LSVT practitioner for treating Parkinson's disease.
