She explains everything very thoroughly and changes up any exercises if they are uncomfortable. She actually spent more than 1 hour with me today since it was our first appointment. She taught me some exercises to do at home as well as applied heat and worked manually on my problem area. She created a clear PT plan for me and I am really excited to see how this goes!”
