About Dr. Kyle Pulford

Dr. Kyle Pulford knew he wanted to be a physical therapist from the age of seven after undergoing a significant neurosurgery that made it difficult for him to walk. He saw first-hand how vital movement is to the human experience and how physical therapists’ compassion and guidance can help others move better. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2014 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018. In 2021, he achieved a Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. When not in the clinic, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working out, cooking, baking, and cheering for the UCF Knights and Tampa Bay Lightning. “We are thrilled to be partnering with Kyle Pulford PT, DPT, OCS in the opening of our newest Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy clinic in Sterling, VA,” said Regional Director Fernando Campos. “Kyle’s orthopedic expertise will allow us to provide great rehab care to the Loudon County community.” Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Sterling, VA, provides treatments that include Dry Needling, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Rehab at Home, Vertigo, and more.
