Her methods of practice includes Christian counseling, embodying, the Person-Centered Approach, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs, promoting maximum independence, self-determination, psychosocial functioning and enhancing quality of life.
In practice, Lara utilizes Christian counseling - a form of therapy that integrates faith-based principles with psychological techniques. Christian counseling blends traditional therapeutic methods with biblical teachings and spiritual guidance. In practice, this may involve references to scriptures, praying with the clients, and/or focusing on faith as a source of healing.
Lara provides a warm and non-judgmental atmosphere to share delicate thoughts and emotions.
