I believe growth begins when you feel truly seen and understood. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are free to be yourself. I take the time to get to know you, ensuring we address the specific issues bothering you. Reaching out can be difficult, and I respect the courage it takes to start. Whether you are processing trauma or managing daily overwhelming thoughts, I am here to support you in working toward your healing at your own pace." I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Eastern Michigan University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively on your journey.
