My focus Whether navigating aspects of stress, depressed mood, anxiety, trauma, relational impacts, life transitions, chronic illness, parenting, spirituality, or more, I am passionate about individualizing the work I do with clients. I utilize therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, Trauma-Focused, Compassion-Focused, Strength-Based, Mindfulness-Based, and Person-Centered Therapy.
