I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked as a family based therapist, mobile therapist, counseling director, and outpatient therapist. I worked with various range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and abuse. I have also worked with parenting problems, relationship issues, marital and family issues.
My counseling style is very warm and personable. I am filled with compassion! My goal is for you to feel that we are on this journey together. I have an eclectic style when utilizing therapeutic approaches. I tailor the approach to your specific needs. I often times use cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, psychodynamic, and humanistic approach.
I am currently only accepting private pay. I am working on getting credentialed by insurance companies.
