I'm a compassionate and committed queer, white, cisgender therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate their path to better mental health and well-being. I view therapy as a collaborative and conversational journey, where your voice is valued and your experiences are acknowledged. With a background in art and music, I transitioned into psychotherapy, earning an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. My career began at Kip Therapy, where I provided support to a diverse range of LGBTQIA+ clients. This experience has deepened my understanding of resilience and the strength people demonstrate in overcoming challenges.
I provide culturally sensitive therapy for diverse identities, individuals, and couples facing anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. I'm passionate about perinatal support in the LGBTQ+ community.
