Psychotherapist
OH
Hi there, I'm Suzanne! I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, chronic illness, and life transitions. My approach blends talk therapy with gentle mind-body practices like meditation, movement, and mindfulness to support emotional healing. Together, we’ll slow down, talk through what feels heavy, and begin to move toward calm, clarity, and connection. My approach My approach is grounded in presence, compassion, and collaboration. I see therapy as a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your body, and your sense of purpose. I help clients explore what feels heavy or uncertain, understand patterns that no longer serve them, and develop tools to create meaningful, lasting change. I often integrate mind-body practices such as guided meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support emotional regulation and a sense of calm. Spiritual exploration is sometimes part of this process when clients are open to it. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels safe, steady, and genuine—where you can bring your full self, be seen without judgment, and move toward greater balance and self-understanding at your own pace. My focus I work primarily with adults and seniors who are managing anxiety, chronic illness, and life transitions. Many of my clients are in midlife or beyond—sorting through past experiences, adjusting to health or relationship changes, or feeling ready to reconnect with themselves in new ways. I also support people who feel “stuck” in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or exhaustion, and who want to live with more ease, clarity, and self-compassion. My background in both clinical mental health and mind-body disciplines allows me to meet clients wherever they are—whether they need a calm space to talk things through, strategies for managing anxiety, or guidance in rebuilding a sense of connection and meaning. My goal is always to meet clients with respect and curiosity, honoring each person’s pace, story, and strengths.
