“Lindita is awesome! I came with vague shoulder pain that I didn’t want to get any worse. She figured out the cause and got me strong enough that the pain is gone. She also came up with customized exercises that mimic the movements I do in aerial acrobatics. Specially recommended for aerialists!”

“I’ve been going to the Ditmas Park location of Ivy Rehab for over a year now, first for pre-surgery strengthening and then for recovery after surgery, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am now without the help of everyone at Ivy. Lindita and her team are all consummate professionals, who bring so much fun and joy into a space that could easily just have felt intense and hard. If you’re in the market for physical therapy, you can’t go wrong by choosing Ivy and Lindita to guide you through your recovery journey! ”

Lindita and the whole team at Ivy Rehab were patient, thorough and always positive. I’m so grateful for their help in rehabbing my back injury and getting me back to myself.
A very warm and welcoming environment. And most importantly, an attentive, knowledgeable provider that helped me stick to my regiment and build up my strength. Thank you!
I loved working with Lindita and the team at Ivy Rehab at Cortelyou str. They were so good at listening to me and identifying problems, giving exercises and adjusting them as my treatment progressed. I also enjoyed the home exercises, because they were manageable and really improved my range of movement. I’ve already recommended this office and Lindita to multiple people, and they all had really good experiences. The office was also really good at handling bills and talking to insurance. If I need PT treatment again, I will definitely come back here. Really really great team!
I had a stress fracture in my tibia over the summer and had to be off running for about two months. My affected leg got weaker and my other leg was starting to get aches and pains trying to compensate. Lindita helped me get back to running and was essential to my New York City Marathon finish. She put me on a regimen to get my strength and mobility back and, crucially, gave me more or less strenuous exercises to maximize my progress. She is also a certified running gait analyst and recorded me on the treadmill to see everything in action. I highly recommend her to any runner
