About Lyudmila (Lucy) Hinova

I am a certified Shiatsu practitioner and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapist dedicated to helping clients reduce pain and swelling, recover from injury or surgery, manage stress, and improve overall wellness. I believe the body has an incredible capacity to heal when given the right support and strive to create a calm, compassionate environment where clients can relax and restore balance. I combine my training in Zen Shiatsu, Table Thai Shiatsu, Hado Shiatsu, Integrative Abdominal Massage, Sports Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage with ongoing study in Craniosacral Therapy to provide personalized care for each client. My integrative approach blends structural bodywork with gentle therapeutic techniques that promote mobility, circulation, relaxation, and whole-body wellness. As a certified MLD therapist, I offer specialized lymphatic treatments that support healthy immune function and fluid balance. Manual Lymphatic Drainage can help reduce swelling and inflammation, support post-surgical healing, improve athletic recovery, ease chronic discomfort, and promote relaxation and recovery from the physical demands of everyday life. Known for my attentive and caring approach, I take time to understand each client's unique concerns and health goals. I work with individuals seeking relief from chronic muscle tension, stress, digestive discomfort, fatigue, swelling, and the aches and pains that can interfere with daily life. Every session is tailored to the individual, with the goal of helping clients feel more comfortable, resilient, and connected to their bodies. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking with myr husband, being in nature, meditating, and reading—activities that help me stay grounded and bring my best self to the people Iserve.
