I am a certified Shiatsu practitioner with a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence and its ability to heal. My work blends training in Zen Shiatsu, Table Thai Shiatsu, Hado Shiatsu, Integrative Abdominal Massage, and Sports Massage, along with ongoing study in Craniosacral Therapy. Each session I offer is designed to be both grounding and restorative.
I am also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a gentle therapy that supports the lymphatic system—an essential yet often overlooked system responsible for reducing inflammation, supporting immunity, and clearing waste from the body. Because the lymphatic system has no pump of its own, it can become sluggish or congested. Through slow, rhythmic techniques, MLD helps restore flow, reduce swelling, support detoxification, and enhance the body’s natural healing processes.
My professional background includes office management, bookkeeping, and caregiving, shaping my attention to detail and sensitivity to the needs of others. These qualities allow me to create a calm, supportive space where clients can relax, release tension, and restore balance.
In my practice, I combine structural awareness with an energetic approach. I work with clients experiencing chronic tension, fatigue, inflammation, and emotional holding patterns, tailoring each session to the individual. Using meridian-based Shiatsu, Hara assessment, Five Element principles, and lymphatic techniques when appropriate, I support the body’s ability to regulate and heal.
I commonly work with anxiety, depression, arthritic joints, musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, insomnia, swelling, post-surgical recovery, and fluid retention. Clients often notice reduced inflammation, better sleep, increased energy, and an overall sense of lightness.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy time with my family, cooking, being in nature, meditating, and reading—practices that help me stay grounded and present for my clients.
