Isa is really professional and very helpful. The exercises & stretch she performed helped me relax my muscles. She also guides me on every step of the stretches and excercies, so I know what is going on and what's the next step. Highly recommand.
It was great. Isa is a true professional who clearly knows the body really well After giving her a review of the pains and problems I was having - she developed a routine specific to each injury/issue I was having and helped me practice at-home exercises to better develop my posture, muscles, and handle underlying issues. Very thankful to have her as my PT.
