What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with patients struggling with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I have an integrative and collaborative approach to psychotherapy with psychodynamic and psychoanalytic technique forming the foundation of my practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After an initial consultation evaluation, we'll work together to determine an appropriate treatment plan taking into account your individual needs. My practice focuses on providing psychotherapy as well as medication evaluation. Appointments are 50 minutes in length and occur on a weekly or twice weekly basis.
