Modern life is chaotic and unpredictable. One of my strengths is really slowing down with each client and creating a space that feels like a reprieve from society's demands. My work is focused on increasing self-compassion toward all of your different parts and connecting you to your core values.
The undoing of aloneness you can find in therapy is so powerful. Many of us feel isolated when moving through difficult emotions alone, but with guidance, it's easier to see yourself as a part of a whole.
Together, we'll identify your strengths, clarify your values, and work through anxiety to co-create solutions that move you toward where you want to be. My goal is for you to feel confident being fully, authentically yourself and building a life you love.
I hold a Master's in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
