Exceeding Expectations One Patient at a Time I am an NJ Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona University. I provide counseling to adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Over the last 15 years of my professional work, I have developed effective clinical strategies that help families successfully overcome difficult times. My area of specialty is family therapy. I work with children and adolescents, ages 7-18. With younger children, I use play therapy techniques and behavior management skills. Older teens learn coping skills to improve emotional regulation and impulse control, as well as how to confidently navigate social relationships with peers. I am bilingual and offer therapy in Polish and English. I provide therapy both virtually and in person, although I believe the therapeutic relationship develops best during in-person contact. I also offer brief phone consultations before you schedule your first appointment. Life can sometimes seem like a roller coaster ride. You can embrace it and learn to enjoy it. Together, we will help you learn from those challenges and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Cancellation policy: Unless it is an emergency, I require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations, otherwise you will be charged a late cancellation fee. I reserve the right to terminate therapy if the person continually misses the scheduled appointments or shows up late each time.
