I was a competitive swimmer for 15 years and concluded my athletic career as an NCAA Division I swimmer at Drexel University. My background in competitive athletics inspired my passion for health, rehabilitation, and helping others achieve their goals. Since then, I have worked in a variety of physical therapy settings, including hospitals, short-term rehabilitation, long-term acute care, and outpatient clinics. These diverse experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded understanding of patient care and the rehabilitation process. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through CrossFit, taking my dog for walks, and exploring new restaurants in the area. I value maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle and enjoy bringing that same enthusiasm and positive energy to the patients and colleagues I work with each day
