Marcos A. Quinones, LCSW, is the founder/owner and Clinical Director of FiDi Therapy in New York City, a group psychotherapy practice focusing on anxiety, relationships, and sex therapy. He is a sex therapist with 18 years of experience helping individuals and couples improve their sexual health and relationships. Marcos obtained his Master's degree in social work from New York University and a Master's in neuroscience from Columbia University. Marcos completed his sex therapy training at The University of Michigan.
With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Marcos helps his clients explore and overcome sexual concerns such as low libido, sexual dysfunction, mismatched desires, communication problems, and more. In addition, Marcos utilizes various evidence-based techniques and strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and sensate focus exercises to help his clients achieve their goals.
In addition to the group practice, Marcos has lectured at various universities and workshops on relationship-related topics. He is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and adheres to their Code of Ethics.

Marcos is an incredible therapist and a pleasure to work with. Without him we may not have made it through a very difficult time. In a short period, he guided me in identifying changes I needed to make in order to live a more fulfilling life. What I like best about his to approach is his ability to bring together science and philosophy bring about lasting changes. He encouraged to dig deep and be close to the person I imaging I can be.
