“I had an excellent experience at Rehab Haven. Mark was consistently considerate and significantly improved my recovery process. Initially, I was very anxious about regaining the strength and mobility in my injured hand, but Mark's support made all the difference. While I hope I won't need occupational therapy again, if I do, I will definitely return to Rehab Haven.”

Occupational therapy at Rehab Haven cold no have been a better experience. Working with Mark was a joy. He was kind, encouraging and sympathetic. I had a very positive experience that promoted a speedy recovery. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of occupational therapy.
Mark has been very good to me for the appointments I’ve had with him. He’s very gentle(or as gentle as you can be with OT) and he will always ask how you feel after any exercise. He can also hold some good conversation during appointments. Overall he’s a great OT that I highly recommend!
I was treated by several physicians throughout the year .. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS/HER JOB.. It has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everyone really cares..is service oriented.. knowledgeable.. and professional. Thank YOU for taking care of my hand ??
Mark is a wonderful occupational therapist and a great asset to Feler's practice. He is plenty strong enough to apply pressure gently and his commitment to extra training (a CAFS (Certification in Applied Functional Science)) informs his intelligent adjustments and exercises. I have a serious hand injury requiring months of treatment and am very happy to have found such a sophisticated and attentive level of care from Feler and Mark in my Crown Heights neighborhood. I much prefer them to the Certified Hand Therapist I used to see.
Mark care about the patient well begin , he always asked about how your feelings if you have any pain? we worked on strengthening the muscles that are weak and strong. Mark also teach you how to dance because dancing is therapy..
I appreciated the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the team at Rehab Haven. Everyone from reception to all OTR's exuded the highest quality of service which superceded what I experienced at other physical therapy facilities. Started going there seeing Feler during my first rounds. After taking a break, started again seeing Mark. Both were meticulously skilled which contributed to significant improvement with my mobility. They kept me posted with at home exercises and body conditioning after sessions. Today I'm happy to say that I'm almost pain free and my range of motion is close to being normal. Will definitely come back if future needs require it.
