Dr. Matthew Sacks, PhD

Psychologist
FL
I am NOT the therapist you are looking for. I am NOT a warm and fuzzy psychologist who will tell you that you are perfect and wonderful. I am not going to tell you that your best life is just waiting for you around the corner. Honestly, it might not be. Change is difficult. But change IS possible. It requires consistent work and a near constant desire to learn a more effective way of being in the world. My direct, pragmatically stoic approach to therapy is based upon the assumption that everyone has an inner strength that can be tapped into and utilized to help build greater Psychological Equanimity & Resilience.
