While I believe there is no perfect client, I always hope that whoever I am working with can develop a trusting relationship with me as their therapist. It is my role to ensure privacy is maintained to build that trust. I believe it is important to remember that there is no grade associated with therapy—you will only receive support for trying your best. The benefit of therapy comes from being your authentic self and being vulnerable enough to explore why you scheduled therapy in the first place.
When working with me as your therapist, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where we will explore your goals in therapy. I always meet the person I am working with where they are in their process.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rosemont College. As your therapist, my goal is to create a genuine relationship with you to promote a safe place for you to explore your goals.
