I have a master’s degree in social work and I am a compassionate dedicated therapist who is committed to helping individuals overcome their challenges and live a fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices. I have training in various therapeutic modalities. I have the knowledge and skills to support clients in managing their mental health concerns. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
