Welcome, and thank you for considering therapy! Therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to understand your challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Sessions typically last 25-55 minutes and occur every 1-2 weeks, but the pace is individualized. You'll gradually see progress, and I can also refer to specialists if needed. Whether you're navigating the challenges of depression, anxiety, trauma, or something else, I'm here to support you on your healing journey. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to care.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
