About a year ago, I was dealing with a lot of personal issues and as I was researching through grow therapy, Melissa stood out since one of her main area of expertise is anxiety/depression and relationships and that was exactly what I was looking for. Melissa has guided me to be the best and has come up with solutions/exercises for me to not fall back into my old patterns. Super grateful for Melissa!
