I am a physical therapist practicing orthopedics and specializing in sports rehabilitation. I have been a physical therapist for almost 6 years. I found my way into the field after an overuse injury in high school landed me in a PT office, and I thought it was amazing that I could use exercise as medicine. Having suffered a few injuries myself, I know the mental toll that pain and inactivity can take on a person. I love helping people get back to doing what they love! I especially enjoy treating lower extremity injuries. I recently moved to Utah from the central coast of California to be closer to family and the mountains. When I am not working, I enjoy everything outdoors – skiing, trail running, backpacking – as well as cooking and spending time with my husband and our two dogs.
