Hello, my name is Melody. I offer individual counseling for adult clients via telehealth only. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with addiction or self medication, career challenges, and codependency. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I believe that people have the answers to most of the questions that they ask. They just need help sorting it all out.
Asking for help might make you feel uncomfortable or weak but it actually takes tremendous courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you.
