What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in Inpatient and Community mental health. I specialize in using evidence-based practice for treating a plethora of issues. I bring experience and a genuine passion for helping individuals like you achieve your personal and emotional growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by getting to know the patient in whatever capacity they are safe starting with. Together we explore key areas which they would like to work on in therapy. Together we create workable and attainable goals for the patient to work on. I provide the patient with an open, understanding and safe space to express themselves.
