DN Dr. Mila Chu earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Utica College in New York and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from RTR Medical Foundation in the Philippines. In 2018, she became a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, following years of dedicated work with the older adult population. With a commitment to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, Dr. Chu has practiced across various rehabilitation settings to broaden her clinical expertise. She is Certified in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and is proficient in Spinal Manipulation, Myofascial Cupping, and Kinesiotaping techniques. Dr. Chu is deeply passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care and is equally enthusiastic about mentoring students and fellow clinicians. Her combined interest in clinical excellence and leadership led her to the role of Clinic Director. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Chu enjoys singing, dancing, and spending time with her husband and their three boys, as well as with friends and extended family.
